Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
• Access to reliable internet and necessary technology for remote work.
