Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions to enhance customer growth and retention, focusing on improving user experience and product usage.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to create features that drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions, ensuring code quality, performance, and security.
- Participate in code reviews, contributing to team learning and ensuring best practices are followed.
- Continuously optimize the application for performance, scalability, and customer-centric improvements.
- Monitor customer behavior and product usage metrics, using data to inform product and engineering decisions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to ensure the seamless delivery of features and services to customers.
- Document development processes, code, and technical specifications for future reference and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on customer growth, customer engagement, or related areas.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C++, or Ruby.
- Strong experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on building scalable, user-centered solutions.
- Familiarity with customer growth strategies and user engagement techniques is a plus.
