• As a Sr. Program Manager for Trust and Safety, you’ll evaluate global policies and operational processes
• Identify experience obstacles and process inefficiencies
• Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams
• Maintain and update significant Trust and Safety programs
• Adapt to unforeseen circumstances and drive results despite obstacles
Requirements:
• 4-6 years in program management, policy or project management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with applicable knowledge
• Track record of analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Has written detailed, organized proposals, policies, processes, workflows
• Strong communicator with the ability to explain findings and recommendations
• Can quickly build expertise, absorb details, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
