Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and implement custom SAP applications using ABAP programming.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform system analysis and design to determine optimal solutions for SAP module enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP system performance, functionality, and interfaces.
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements within the SAP ecosystem.
- Write efficient and scalable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Optimize and improve the performance of SAP systems, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist with troubleshooting SAP-related issues.
- Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP trends and technologies to recommend new solutions for system improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer with a strong understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, FICO, etc.).
- Expertise in ABAP programming and development tools such as SAP HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, and Web Dynpro.
- Hands-on experience with SAP UI5, Fiori, and SAP Gateway.
- Solid knowledge of SAP architecture and integration with external systems.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- SAP certification in ABAP development or related SAP modules is preferred.
- Additional certifications or training in SAP HANA, SAP Cloud, or other SAP-related technologies are a plus.
