Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Review and process orders to ensure all items are correctly selected.
- Maintain inventory levels and help track product availability.
- Ensure the quality of products selected for online orders, handling them with care.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and prevent errors.
- Assist with organizing and stocking products in the warehouse.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Support management in ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Help with managing returns and exchanges of online orders.
- Meet set goals for productivity and performance in the order fulfillment process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in retail, inventory, or warehouse environments is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately pick and pack orders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable lifting and moving products, with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to adapt to changes and learn new processes quickly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management systems.
- Must be reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
