The House of Mercier is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Live Chat Support Agents. This remote position is perfect for those who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in the luxury goods industry. As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them through our live chat platform with their inquiries related to our fine jewelry collections and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, and promotions to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Process orders and manage shipping inquiries.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve our services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of The House of Mercier's products and policies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experiences and streamline processes.
• Excellent written communication skills are essential, with fluency in English required.
• Prior customer service experience is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
