About the position
Robert Half is seeking 25 patient-focused Customer Service Representatives to join a Fortune 50 healthcare client's team. This remote position is designed for motivated individuals with exceptional communication skills who are committed to providing quality customer service and can handle patient inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. The role requires working PST hours while residing in CST, MST, or PST time zones.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently process a large volume of patient calls regarding healthcare services, billing issues, and general inquiries.

• Ensure all call center metrics are met, striving consistently to exceed them.

• Understand our offerings inside-out to resolve patient inquiries and promote healthcare solutions.

• Use customer service acumen to ensure a positive experience for patients, turning negative situations into positive outcomes.
Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of solid call center experience.

• At least 2 years of background within the healthcare industry is a necessity.

• Strong computer, typing, and listening skills.

• Must be detail-oriented, patient, empathetic, and communicative.
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual and/or multilingual abilities would be a plus.
