Job Title: Business Analyst (OhioRISE) - Fully Remote
Job Description:
The Business Analyst (OhioRISE) will play a critical role in supporting the OhioRISE (Resilience in Supportive Environments) program by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to improve business processes and outcomes. As a fully remote position, this role allows the flexibility to work from home while contributing to the development and enhancement of programs aimed at providing services to Ohio's youth and families. The ideal candidate will be experienced in data analysis, process improvement, and system integration within the healthcare or social services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program-related data to evaluate the effectiveness of the OhioRISE program.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and design effective solutions to support program goals.
- Create detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of OhioRISE systems.
- Monitor performance metrics and assist in the identification of trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in project management by coordinating tasks and tracking deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support compliance with regulations and best practices in data handling, reporting, and program execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, social services, or government programs (preferably in a similar setting like OhioRISE).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare programs, Medicaid, or mental health services is a plus.

Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience with multi-system data integration and analysis.
