  • Evaluating and collecting data on IHS network members to enhance institutional knowledge and reporting
  • Parsing between relevant and irrelevant data to ensure high quality data inputs
  • Enter data on job affiliations and contact information into Google Sheets and IHS Salesforce database

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and entering data on faculty, students, and professionals in the IHS network and their research into the IHS Academic Knowledgebase. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Academic Research, this individual will manage data entry, exercise analytical and critical thinking skills to recognize patterns, and further develop their knowledge of the Academy.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Evaluating and collecting data on IHS network members to enhance institutional knowledge and reporting.
• Parsing between relevant and irrelevant data to ensure high quality data inputs.
• Enter data on job affiliations and contact information into Google Sheets and IHS Salesforce database.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Desirable Skills/Qualifications:
• 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or related CRM software) a plus.
• Knowledge and appreciation for classical liberal ideas preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Academic Research a plus.

Estimated Work Schedule:
• 25 hours weekly.
