As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for Apple customers, delivering world-class support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your ability to solve problems, communicate effectively, and represent Apple’s values will be critical to your success in this role.

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding Apple products, services, and policies.
