Are you passionate about TikTok and love helping others? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as TikTok Customer Service Representatives. This is a fully remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while assisting users and content creators with their questions, concerns, and feedback regarding the TikTok platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot user issues, including account access, content violations, or app functionality problems.
• Educate users on TikTok features, policies, and best practices.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or tech support is preferred.
• Proficient in using social media platforms, especially TikTok.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized.
• Familiarity with online collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
