Job Title: Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) Architect

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to design, develop, and manage AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create scalable, efficient, and impactful AI systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, machine learning, deep learning, and cloud computing, with a deep understanding of AI application development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop GenAI system architecture, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Lead technical and architectural decisions for GenAI solutions with external providers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.

Optimize and fine-tune large language models for performance and efficiency.
Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, understandable manner.
Integrate AI systems into existing platforms, ensuring compatibility.
Ensure ethical AI practices and address biases in AI systems.
Stay updated with GenAI advancements and explore new techniques.
Test and evaluate AI models to meet business requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
Support the organization's GenAI strategy adoption.

Minimum Requirements:

8+ years of experience as an AI Architect or similar role.
Strong knowledge of advanced machine learning, NLP, and large language models.
Proven experience with generative AI models and algorithms.
Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms like Azure/AWS.
Experience with NLP tools and frameworks like BERT, GPT, LangChain, and Transformers.
Knowledge of neural network training with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.E. / B.Tech / MCA).
