As an Email Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective assistance through email communication. You will be primarily responsible for addressing customer inquiries regarding our luxurious products and providing exceptional support that aligns with our brand values. Responsibilities
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with order-related questions, product information, and shipping inquiries.
• Handle customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and maintain information accuracy.
• Stay updated on product lines and company policies to enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Deliver every interaction with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism.
• Excellent written communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with email management systems.
