Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, product features, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Build scalable, reproducible pipelines for machine learning and data analytics models.
  • Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
  • Drive experimentation, including A/B testing, to validate hypotheses and enhance product features.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science roles, with a focus on product optimization.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and common data science libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Prior experience in leading projects or managing a team is a plus.
