Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Advertising Strategies: Create and implement strategies to grow Walmart’s advertising partnerships and specialized program revenues.
- Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertising partners to achieve mutual business objectives.
- Lead Negotiations: Oversee negotiations for contracts, performance benchmarks, and partnership terms, ensuring favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, analytics, product development, and sales teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: Analyze advertising metrics to track the performance of partnerships and identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Provide leadership on emerging advertising technologies, trends, and industry innovations to maintain Walmart’s competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of partnership managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

Requirements:
- Experience:
- At least 8–10 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or partnership management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure performance and inform decision-making.
- Expertise in digital advertising trends, programmatic platforms, and campaign optimization.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications are a plus).
