Key Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately based on received online requests.
• Ensure that all orders are packaged correctly and prepared for shipment.
• Verify product availability and inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with shipping partners to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues as necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all orders and inventory data in the company’s database.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and refunds, following company procedures.
• Collaborate with other remote team members to streamline order fulfillment processes.
• Monitor and resolve issues with the fulfillment system, ensuring smooth operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order fulfillment, customer service, or related roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using online order management systems and tools.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.

Job description

Hourly Wage:
$16.5 - $23 per/hour
• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
